Surveying

With a BSc and MSc in Organism Biology and Ecology, I have experience in undertaking botanical and insect surveys on sites such as urban grasslands, chalk grasslands, acidic woodland, brownfield and seashore.

I have been trained in dormouse, bat and reptile survey and identification, and I am able to advise on the need for more specific surveying.

I use a range of techniques and equipment appropriate to the type of survey required: visual search, trapping, netting, transect/quadrat survey etc…

I also offer integrated surveys and reports for private individuals or companies wishing to assess and improve biodiversity on their land.
